I create affordable, user-friendly websites using WordPress, starting at $500 for a basic site. Here are a few examples of sites I’ve done recently.

One World Arts Exchange, danceanddrum.com: Created for Guinean musician, dancer, and teacher Aboulaye Sylla and his company. Designed four rotating header images & background image, set up email list using MailChimp, set up online payments for merchandise & trips, created social media connectivity, scanned various documents for online viewing, and created 14 pages & sub-pages with various media content. Note: This site is beyond what I offer in my “basic website” package.

Fined for Helping Iraqi Kids, iraqikids.org: The first website I did, created for Bert Sacks, local citizen of the world, to tell the story of his legal battle with the US government over his delivery of medical supplies to Iraq in violation of US sanctions during the 1990s. Work included creating top banner and implementing a full-featured email list & connectivity to social media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.

All Metal Arts, allmetalarts.org: Created for local business teaching metal-working arts. Created logotype & header. Site has several features designed for small business needs, including locator map, contact form, email list & signup form, social connectivity, & SEO tools.

Eat the State!, eatthestate.org: Helped design & develop this site for Eat the State!, a Seattle-based publication I co-founded in 1996, including designing logo & top banner.

HONK! Fest West, honkfestwest.com: Helped design & develop this site for HONK! Fest West, a festival of radical community street bands that I’ve helped organize since  2009 in Seattle.
